During the build your home goes through 2 independent building inspections to support our teams maintain the highest standards, and these reports are made readily available to our customers upon request.
On site your site manager will be your primary point of contact however if you have concerns for any reason you can reach out to your dedicated customer experience coordinator as an independent escalation point.
Price Lock
Building a new home is one of the largest investments you will make, and we understand that. Relax in the security of our price lock contracts knowing your price is fixed for 18 months of your chosen home design, façade, upgrades and inclusions, floorplan variations and any promotion discounts at the time of your initial deposit.
